These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl1888 ("jl1888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jl1888 website located at jl1888.app, including all subpages, features, games, promotions, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jl1888. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jl1888 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl1888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jl1888 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jl1888 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your jl1888 account.

jl1888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

• Interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances beyond jl1888's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures;
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

jl1888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jl1888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your jl1888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jl1888 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl1888 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl1888 customer support. jl1888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

jl1888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl1888 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jl1888.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
